The North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is committed to
ensuring our services are as good as they can be. Every year we
complete over three million patient journeys. The vast majority of
times, our patients receive a high quality professional service.
From time to time, things may go wrong and when they do, we want
you to tell us about it.
Feedback from our patients, whether positive or otherwise, is
invaluable in helping us to learn and improve. If you or a patient
feels dissatisfied with the service provided, you have the right to
have your concerns listened to and investigated. Equally, if you
have experienced excellent care and wish to thank those who have
helped you, please tell us so we can recognise good practice.
