Incidents
The Press Office works with the local and national media to
provide information about incidents across the region and to also
publicise the good work undertaken by staff at NWAS.
Information provided will comply with patient confidentiality
rules, as is common with all NHS organisations. This means the
following can be provided:
- Time of incident
- General location
- Basic injury details
- Staff and resources sent to the scene
- Receiving hospitals
We are unable to provide patient names, addresses, any
other information which may lead to the identification of the
patient and condition checks for patients admitted to
hospital.
