Congratulations to the Winner of ‘Emergency Medical Dispatcher of the Year’ Award

NWAS Emergency Medical Dispatcher, Zoe Scott has been awarded the accolade of Emergency Medical Dispatcher of the Year following her brave efforts to help save the life of young boy, Archie, who had a 2p coin stuck in his throat.

Zoe was shortlisted for the national award along with two other NWAS colleagues, Ryan Shaw and Lisa Berry who have also been outstanding in their work to be a helpful and reassuring voice for somebody going through a tragic and frightening situation.
