'GoPTS' - Patient Transport Service Public Campaign The Trust is delighted to announce it will be launching a new education and awareness campaign for the Patient Transport Service. The Trust has enlisted the help of Weber Shandwick, an external PR agency, to increase awareness on what patients can expect from the PTS. The GoPTS campaign will also have a strong focus on the national eligibility criteria which was introduced a number of years ago and can still be confusing for some patients. This campaign will commence in the New Year. Funding for the campaign has been secured through CQUIN (Commissioning for Quality and Innovation).
