Quality Account 2015/16

The Quality Account 2015/16 was approved by the Board at its meeting on 29 June 2016. The report describes how we have delivered and improved quality during the past year and sets out quality priorities for the year ahead, which are to; improve performance against Category A response times, reduce clinical risk in the 999 control and triage environment, increase the number of patients looked after safely at home, plan and deliver interventions to ensure parity of esteem for mental health patients, reduce response delays for Red 2, Green 1 and Green 2 calls and improve appraisal and mandatory training completion rates.  View the report here
