New Patient Transport Service Information Line

The Patient Transport Information Line was launched in April 2015.

The automated line script provides generic information for all users to ensure an excellent patient experience.

The new line offers a free advance booking and on the day booking reminder service to patients, as well as offering alternative transport providers for patients who fail the eligibility criteria and assisting in the delivery of the Trust’s Friends and Family Test – as well as providing information on our online booking system and other useful patient information.
