How does my organisation register with ERISS?

Any organisation who wishes to have access to the system can send an email to eriss.registration@nwas.nhs.uk, to request a registration form.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

A user can do this by clicking on forgotten pasword on the log in page.

The system will then ask you to confirm your email address.  A link will then be sent to this address for you, to change your password.  Alternatively you can send an email to ERISS support and we can provide you with the forgotten password procedure which will advise how to change your email password on the system.

What happens if I canot remember my secret questions?

If you cannot remember the answer to any of the secret questions you have saved, please contact the ERISS Support Team and they will be able to reset your secret questions on the sytem for you.

I cannot use the set account password box when I clicked on the link in the automated email I received, what do I do?

If you cannot see the account password box there may have been a probelm with the original link in the email that was sent to you when you first registered.  Contact the ERISS Support Team on eriss.support@nwas.nhs.uk to raise this with our helpdesk.

How do I log a fault with the ERISS system?
