Complaints Advocacy If you are considering making a complaint about the service you have received, than you might find it helpful to have an advocate assist you and act on your behalf. The NHS Complaints Advocacy can provide advice on advocacy services. Although the service does not currently have offices in the North West area, they are able to provide telephone advice or put you in touch with an advocate in your area. For further information, please visit the NHS Complaints Advocacy website. The Patient Experience Team can also advise you on an advocacy service in your area. The advocate works independently of the North West Ambulance Service and will provide you with advice about how best, to progress your complaint.
