Healthy Eating Week starts today and we have teamed up with #TeamNWAS members to share their delicious healthy eating recipes with you throughout the week.
HEW celebrates and promotes healthy eating, as well as food provenance, cooking and being active.
The aim of the week is to bring the UK together for a dedicated week, focusing on key health messages and promoting healthy habits such as eating more wholegrains, drinking plenty of water and varying the vegetables on your plate.
The British Nutrition Foundation is hosting free, live daily cooking sessions with delicious recipe ideas which you can either join or play back at a time that is convenient for you!
