Aidan has been fundraising since he was just 12 years old for various charities. For the last two years he has been channelling efforts to raise money to place life-saving defibrillators across Runcorn and Widnes – with each one costing approximately £1, 600.
Aidan was diagnosed with ADHD and has Asperger’s. More recently he’s been diagnosed with epilepsy, yet he’s never let his disability affect his fundraising.
Aidan – “The more life-saving machines available in our communities the better. I’m always asked how important community defibrillators are and each time I give the same answer – they’re extremely important as anyone can use them.
“By performing CPR and using a defibrillator, you’ll give someone the best possible chance of survival, but there isn’t always a defibrillator close enough to help save the life of someone having a cardiac arrest. I hope that my fundraising means that lives will be saved.”

Well done Aidan! ⭐️⭐️
