Thanking staff It is always encouraging for staff to receive recognition for the vital work that they undertake 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Receiving heartfelt comments from members of the public who have appreciated the service that they received helps our staff to know that they are doing a worthwhile job. If you would like to send a card or letter of thanks to our staff, please send to the relevant area office address, depending on the area of the North West at which you live, with as much information as possible so that we can correctly identify any staff involved so that your comments can be put on their personal file.
