We are trialling something called ‘ambient voice technology’. This is a new tool that helps our clinicians take notes from the conversations they have with you through an artificial intelligence scribe built into their iPad device.

We hope that using this tool will reduce the amount of time needed to document clinical notes, whilst keeping them accurate and making sure they fully cover all aspects of your care.

Once the trial has started, we will share a short feedback form on this page so that we can take any comments, questions and concerns from those patients who have been a part of the trial.
