If you have recently used North West Ambulance Service then we would like to hear from you. We would love for you to share your experience of using our service so that we can find out what we do well and where we may be able to improve. You can do this by completing one of our patient surveys.

Our surveys may ask you some demographic information. The information that you provide helps us to ensure that feedback is representative of our communities that we serve.
