The UEC clinician position is a dual role clinically assessing both 999 and 111 calls. This will enable us to be more responsive to demand and will reduce remote clinical assessment waiting times for our patients.
We’re looking for applications from paramedics with current Health Care Professions Council registration and nurses with current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration who have completed their newly qualified period with post-registration clinical experience in a face-to-face primary or acute care setting, emergency department or pre-hospital role.
We appreciate the prospect of working through an application process can be quite daunting for any job. We’re hosting some support sessions starting next week which will walk you through this new role and provide an opportunity for you to ask any questions.
So, if you have a passion for helping those who need us the most and you are ready to make your next career move away from a hospital or a community setting – this is the job for you.
The session dates are as follows and will take place on Microsoft Teams:
- Friday 22 November at 6pm
- Thursday 28 November at 9am
- Friday 29 November at 6:30pm
- Saturday 30 November 10am
Complete this Microsoft form to register your interest in attending and for more details.
