A PTS call handler role is an opportunity to join our team and answer calls to help arrange transport to and from hospital for members of the public.
Like many of our call handler roles, you are the first point of contact with our communities when they need to use our services. We have Contact Centre Agent (call handler) roles available in Liverpool and Controller/Planner (dispatch) roles available in Carlisle, Liverpool, Oldham and Preston.
Knowing how to approach the application process can sometimes be quite daunting, so we have arranged several virtual support sessions where you will meet the team, discuss the role and receive advice and guidance on how to make your application stand out.
