Members of the public joined us to learn about the vital work of our ambulance service, valuable lifesaving skills, and more about the career opportunities we have within our service.
Guests included young people from Nelson and Colne College, members of Deaf Village, and representatives from various organisations such as East Lancashire Hospital Trust (ELHT). We also partnered with several key external organisations, including Lancashire Police, Lancashire Mountain Rescue, and Blood Bikes.
From the engaging networking sessions to the hands-on interactive activities, a common theme in every conversation was the sense of excitement and appreciation for the event, with one guest saying that the events ‘get better each time.’
We’re already working on our final event to conclude this series. It takes place in Merseyside on Thursday 3 April, at Devonshire House, 11am – 3pm. We hope to see you there!
