Huge demand sees further call handler roles go live

Join our support sessions and get noticed

Following the popularity of our recent call handler job post, we are still running live vacancies for you to join our team at Middlebrook in Bolton.

As part of the role you’ll be working in a team that answer urgent calls, offering medical advice and support to our communities across the north west. The application process can sometimes feel quite daunting, so we have once again lined up several support sessions to help you understand the role of a 111 call handler, what a typical day may look like and walk you through the application to help you make your submission as strong as it can be.

Joining these sessions are also a great way to get noticed. We receive thousands of call-handler applications each year but by joining and speaking with session leaders including people already in the role, you have the opportunity to get to know the team ahead of your application.

Also see an example of 37.5 hour (full time) fully flexible rota, that details the shifts you are likely to be working:

Please note: The above salary range is based upon this example shift rota, which includes enhancements.

Support sessions will run on March 23 to April 5 (dates, times, and meeting links below), with the vacancy officially opening on March 20. Join the session, gain the knowledge, feel confident and head straight to the application afterwards to tell us why you should join the ‘green family’.
