Rosey joins us from Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys Mental Health Trust where she worked in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services for the last 22 years.
She said, “I’m delighted to spend the year at NWAS. I have been invited to spend time getting to know my colleagues and understanding the impact of a really difficult few years on their emotional wellbeing. During my time, I will be visiting different areas, working across all levels of the organisation and talking with staff to seek to understand the pressures, the psychological impact and what could help to support them by accessing support when required.
“I will also be helping colleagues to consider methods of everyday support to bolster them within a really challenging working environment. Since joining, I have been amazed to learn about the varied work and roles within NWAS and have been incredibly impressed by the compassionate way they support patients and colleagues.”
