There are many ways to get involved and show your support. You can organise your own fundraiser, take on a sporting challenge, sign up for one of our events, play our lottery or make a regular donation – we have something for everyone!
It’s through your generosity that we can go the extra mile to support ambulance service staff and volunteers and save lives in our local communities.
However you choose to support us, we’ll be here to offer advice and guidance every step of the way.
Do your own fundraising
Do you have your own idea for a fundraiser which could support our charity? It could be a bake sale, a raffle, a charity car wash or even conquering your fears on a sky dive! Whatever your idea, we can support you with guidance and useful fundraising resources. These might include t-shirts, collection tins and sponsor forms.
Once you’re all set with an idea, you can set up your JustGiving fundraising page here: JustGiving.

Outrun an Ambulance – anytime event

Could you conquer the mileage an emergency ambulance covers in one shift?
Outrun an Ambulance is a virtual challenge inviting people to go the extra mile and ‘outrun’ the mileage covered by an ambulance on an average shift responding to emergencies. Don’t worry though, you don’t have to do it in 12 hours! You can choose your method, mileage and time frame for this fun and inclusive event.
Everyone who completes their challenge will get a certificate; those who raise £100 or more will also receive a medal.
