NWAS self certification FT4
NHS trusts are not issued with a provider licence, the Board of Directors are required to self-certify whether or not they have complied with conditions equivalent to the licence that NHS Improvement has deemed appropriate: • Condition FT4 relates to systems and processes for good governance. NHS providers must make a corporate governance statement under condition FT4 as to current and future compliance.
G6 Self-certification
NHS trusts are not issued with a provider licence, the Board of Directors are required to self-certify whether or not they have complied with conditions equivalent to the licence that NHS Improvement has deemed appropriate: - General Condition 6 requires providers to certify that they have taken all such precautions necessary to comply with the conditions of the licence, the NHS Acts and NHS Constitution.
