Thank you for your Subject Access Request (SAR), we have received your request. 

Before your request can proceed you must provide copies of ID documents as follows via email to [email protected].

Photographic ID – Photo page of your current passport or Photocard Drivers Licence. 
Proof of Address – A recent utility bill (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phone bill) issued within the last three months 

If you cannot provide the above ID documents, then other forms of accepted ID are listed on the Gov.uk website. One item from proof of name and one item from Proof of address columns is needed.  

Once we receive your ID documents your request will be processed in line with UK GDPR timescales.
