Reduction in identified outcome and access gaps for priority population and clinical groups; evidence of targeted interventions and impact reviews, improve against the AACE maturity assessment tool.

≥5% improvement in FFT/complaints compliments ratio and thematic improvements from patient feedback; response and resolution times.
