The LGBTQ staff network was launched in 2009 to provide a forum for LGBTQ staff to share experiences, provide support and social opportunities, and to help the organisation to understand LGBTQ issues.
The Race Equality Network was formed in 2021 in the wake of a social movement for equality in justice, health, and equity within the workplace.
The Disability Network aims to provide a collective and influential voice on behalf of staff with disabilities and long-term health conditions within NWAS.
The Armed Forces Network was launched in January 2022 for all staff who have an interest in the Armed Forces Community within NWAS.
