Leadership and management
We offer a range of management and leadership development opportunities to both existing and aspiring managers. We’re the first ambulance service in the country to gain Chartered Management Institute (CMI) accreditation and we’re pleased to offer an array of accredited Level 2, 3 and 5 awards, certificates and diplomas to support our current and aspiring managers as they grow and develop in their roles.
We also offer wider leadership and management development support, through our subscription to the NHS Leadership Academy, where staff are able to access a range of development resources and programmes.
Clinical academic qualifications
We work with universities across the region to develop bespoke programmes for our workforce. Quality assessed and assured by the university means that staff have high quality tuition supported by academic rigor. Alongside this, we continue to support the release of advanced paramedics to study towards the Masters Advanced Practitioner level education.
