Our NHS 111 service can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do.
To get help from NHS 111, you can:
- Go to 111.nhs.uk (for people aged 5 and over only)
- Call 111
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you’re deaf and want to use the phone service, you can use the NHS 111 (BSL) interpreter service.
When should you use 111?
- You need medical help but it isn’t life-threatening or a 999 emergency
- You’re not sure which medical or urgent care service you need
- You need information and advice about what to do next
111 is a non-emergency service. We will ask you questions to make sure you get the help you need. Please listen carefully and answer them as best you can.
